Preparation
The one-time quest is available from level 64 after Hidden Truth. Start with Innocentin in the Rune Township library and keep the Cross of Einhasad from the previous quest.
Walkthrough

Talk to Innocentin and then Tifaren. Continue the dialogue until Tifaren requests Cross of Einhasad and Lost Skull of Elf.

In Forest of the Dead, hunt Slaughter Executioner, Trampled Man, and Sacrificed Man until you obtain Lost Skull of Elf.

Return to Tifaren, hand over the catalyst, and speak with her again when the ritual is ready.

Talk to Ghost of Priest before the two-minute summoning ends, then report to Innocentin.

Take Letter of Innocentin to Ghost of Adventurer near Well in Forest of the Dead.

At Well, fight Soul of Well until Jewel of Adventurer changes color. Talk to Ghost of Adventurer again.

Inspect Well to obtain Sealed Report Box, then speak with Ghost of Adventurer and receive Report Box.

Deliver Report Box to Innocentin. Return to him after he has checked it to finish the quest.
Description

Quest steps
- Necromancy. When you ask about necromancy, Tifaren rebuffs you. Continue to try and persuade her

- Drag Time. He asks you to buy him some time at the well. Face the soul of the well until the gem color changes!
- Color-changing Gem. The color of the gem has changed! Talk to the ghost after defeating or escaping the soul
- Report in the Well. It says the report is near the entrance of the well. Get it
- Return to Ghost of Adventurer. You've got the report. Talk to the ghost
- Report of Ghost. The first seal of the report has been broken. Take it to High Priest Innocentin in the Rune Township
- Checking the Report. Innocentin says he wants to check the contents. Return later
- Consultation of High Priest. The ghost left records of the war in the Forest of the Dead. Innocentin has the story
