Preparation

This is a long three-part trial with visits to Dion, Giran, Floran, Hunters Village, Ivory Tower, Dwarven Village, Gludin, and Wasteland. Keep ample inventory space for its many ingredients.

Walkthrough

  1. Start with Mirien in Town of Dion. Talk to Sylvain, Maria, Lucas, and Creta in the order given by the journal, carrying the handbag and shadow clue between them. Hunt Leto Lizardman Warrior for the stolen scroll and return it to Maria. Deliver Crystal of Purity to Sylvain, then report to Mirien.

  2. Meet Jurek in Giran Castle Town. Hunt Monster Eye Destroyer, Breka Orc Shaman, and Shackle for his three samples. Return to Jurek and then to Mirien.

  3. Visit Cronos in Hunters Village, Dieter in Giran, and Creta in Floran. Take Creta's explanation back to Dieter, then follow his lead to Edroc and the warehouse contact in Gludin.

  4. Speak with Raut and Triff. Recover the remaining Scripture chapters through Valkon in Giran, Poitan in Dion, and Grandis at Death Pass. Follow their requests until the four surviving chapters are assembled.

  5. Meet Casian in Wasteland. Collect Ghoul's Skin at Execution Grounds, Medusa's Blood at Gorgon Flower Garden, Fettered Soul's Ichor at Death Pass, and Enchanted Gargoyle's Nail near Ivory Tower.

  6. Return the materials to Casian, take the surviving Scriptures to Cronos, and report to Mirien for Mark of Scholar.
