Preparation
The investigation covers several regions and Ivory Tower. Keep all spirit ores and letters until their owners take them.
Walkthrough

Start with Dufner and meet Terry. Obtain Mysterious Spirit Ore from Neer Ghoul Berserker.

Collect the four requested ores from Ol Mahum Captain, Turek Orc Warlord, Ant Captain, and Turak Bugbear Warrior. Return to Terry.

Find Viktor, give Terry's full name, and collect 10 Medusa Scales.

Take the analysis request to Marina, obtain Experiment Tools from Brunon, and return them to Marina.

Give Analysis Result to Terry, then collect Abyss Spirit Ore from Marsh Stakato Drone, Breka Orc Overlord, Ant Warrior Captain, and Leto Lizardman Warrior.

Return all four ores to Terry for Mark of Seeker.
Description
I am not sure if you are aware of this, but the mutants have been behaving strange lately. They have been forming gangs and looting local regions, and their recent movements have become more organized and accurate. I am sure this a very bad sign.
