Talk to Ashas Varka Durai and accept the attack on Ketra Orc Outpost.

Hunt the Ketra Orc targets listed in the journal, from footmen and raiders through commanders, generals, grand seers, and prophets.

Collect 100 Molar of Ketra Orc.

Return the molars to Ashas Varka Durai and receive Nepenthes Seed.
