The Vanor Silenos Chief, he rules the Plains of Glory east of Aden. During the Unification in the reign of King Raoul, Kandra agreed to a peace treaty with the humans. As war clouds have gathered, though, he has again taken steps to ready the Vanor Silenos Tribe for battle. Rumor has it that King Raoul proposed the original peace treaty because he feared Kandra's renowned swordsmanship.
